Another week, another set of questions from the Cube World community. Lots of multiplayer & character customisation information this week and not much translating to be done. Lucky us! Have a gander, forum.

Top questions:
  • Prepare yourself for the badlands, Matt Steinhauer asks: What other kinds of biomes will you be adding in future? cloud,ruins, volcano, etc. Nice job on the game so far!
    Wollay replies: @mattmanIII Lava lands and undead lands.
  • Here's a good question from SanctumEntertainment about your Cube World items. Do you keep your progress? A friend asks, "if you get levels and items in a server, will you keep them on another multi-player server?" Thanks!,
    Wollay replies: @SanctumFeed Yes, you keep everything.
  • Filip is curious about the amount of characters you can have. Restricted per server or... will you have multiple characters availible to all servers/worlds or one character per server/world?
    Wollay replies: @goldenhammer11 Multiple characters to all servers/worlds.
  • Tomas Vallecillo's curious about Cube World on consoles. He asks: hey I was wondering if you're strictly making cube world for pc or if you're willing to make it for xbox and/or ps3?
    Wollay replies: @AquaCadetTo Console versions would be cool in the future, but currently I'm focusing on the PC version.
  • Hey you, DemonLord59302, get ready to remove your numbers! Joey Rivard asks: So we can name our characters whatever we want, even if another person has that name?
    Wollay replies: @TortyFwo Yes.
  • Tim Havok got a little deep. He wants to know what happens to your character when you inevitably pass away. He asks: when you die, what exactly happens? Do you lose ex point, Items, ect. Hope you don't lose your items though.
    Wollay replies: @TimHavok Currently you just spawn at the last shrine that you activated and lose nothing.

I am an AMAZING artist, but suck with pixels, if someone could tell me what the maximum looks like, or maybe give me a label of it (500x100)
I would greatly appreciate it, or post it here, so other people know the same. >.<

Well I know you can put a max of 32 voxels on the object, width and heigth I do not know though.

If you are using photoshop you should just type in the pixels. If you are using paint (please do not use paint for art projects) you can press Ctrl + E, type in 500 in the width box and 100 in the height box. You can use paint to get a blank white image file with the correct sizing so it does work. Although it is crappy as an art tool itself xD
Gimp and Paint.net and others I am not sure about, likely similar to photoshop.

I made it,
but urm.. I dont know how to upload it, AND even worse, I dont know if its the right size, took me an hour to make the lizard, it still looks bad -.-

Why is this one in Community news when the other was in Cube World news?

I'm a little concerned about the being able to name your characters whatever you want. How will we be able to definitively tell someone is trying to pretend to be someone else for scamming purposes?

Maybe it doesn't show their characters name in Multiplayer (ie. In chat or nameplate)? Maybe it will only show in Quests and other character releated things.

Hopefully there is an indication if someone is using a nickname and that by inspecting that player or whatever we can find out their account name.

I'm a little concerned about the being able to name your characters whatever you want. How will we be able to definitively tell someone is trying to pretend to be someone else for scamming purposes?

I hope it will be like Dungeon Defenders, where you can have any name you want but people can still see your username, to know it's really you.

Why sing christian songs? Why not Mongolian throat songs? You know, sitting in the corner with your legos, rocking back and forth while singing Mongolian throat songs... much more awesome.

Honestly, sitting in a corner, stabbing other legos in the face with other legos, while chanting Our Father, in the corner, by all means would probably break the universe, Christian Violence Causer. Seems legit.
