I've been using staves, but i'm thinking about switching, what do you think is the best?

For bosses that require you to move a lot (the ones that can 1-shot you or very rapidly take your health away) a staff seems to work best, it knocks down bosses easily and let's you get distance, heal, or just circle strafe. They can also let you get incredibly high combo's easily since you only need to hit with a single tick of damage from the tornado for it to count.
For bosses that won't 1-shot you or that don't take your health away too quickly a wand works great, you don't have to worry about missing and you get lots of healing puddles to keep yourself healed.
For single enemies either weapon can work, for large groups of enemies I prefer a staff for easier targeting of other archers and mages but a wand can also drop an entire group in 1-2 volleys. Wand generally kills them slower but, especially against melee enemies, the wand can kill them before they reach you. The staff is better against enemies that are stationary (or are in melee with you) since the whole tornado can hit them.
As for bracelets...don't know. I don't like them, they cost too much to upgrade (silver or gold vs wood) and you have to have two of them upgraded to make up for a single easily upgraded staff or wand. In theory you should be able to get more self healing from bracelets instead of wands thanks to very fast attack speed and healing pool stacking but it's also much easier to miss a single shot with a bracelet since they fire so rapidly, especially if you have to dodge a lot in the fight.
Of course this is all personal opinion.
