when you google search for a picture click it then click full size the url on the top is what you need to add it to your signature im pretty sure you put
[/img] (u.r.l.) [img] or something like that
I see. But I also asked on how to get it so that I can create a URL for a picture made/edited in Photoshop.

How would you get a image made in Photoshop to have a URL? Plan to replace my signature.
Hello,
1) Save the image as a PNG or JPG at the right dimensions (width and height) that is supported by the forum.
2) Upload the image to an image storage site like: imageshack - photobucket or even facebook if you want
3) go to edit signature in your profile settings and add signature by clicking the "add image" button on the WYSIWYG

Mind giving me a list of websites that I could post the Image on? I think there could be more, but I cannot be certain.

In the end it doesn't matter so much which one you use.
