Bags with spirits in them that enchance magical power.

Sounds perfectly legit and cool. Its actually one of the few good suggestions in here.

you collect souls by killing mobs you get them automaticly. if there were shops you can sell buffs for money then buy somthing

I like the shops idea, with pretty much all successful MMORPG's there has to be a currency of some sort, I am almost positive Wollay will implement some type of shops in the game and maybe your soul bags idea! Sounds pretty cool! I think Wollay should step out of the line of normal RPG's, which he has with Cube World, but what I'm targeting at is mana. Almost all RPG's have mana and I like the idea of souls as a sort of fuel for spells/buffs. Anyways great suggestion I hope Wollay takes it into consideration!

What a about ghosts? Soul in a soul? Also, this could be good idea but for a certain mage aspect, like Warlock or Necromancer or something like that.
